What is the Performance Scan?
It is a scoped review of your priorities, management reports and information, operating routines, and readiness. It produces a gap map, prioritized use case, missing-data view, baseline proposal, and a recommended next step.
Is the Performance Scan free, or is it guaranteed to take a set amount of time?
No. The scan is a paid engagement. Scope, duration, and price are agreed before work begins, based on the questions, context, and information involved. There is no guaranteed fixed-time format.
Does completing a scan mean we have to buy implementation?
No. The scan is a standalone decision point. You can proceed, adjust the proposed scope, pause, or stop. Any subsequent work requires a separate discussion and agreement.
How are configuration and subscription priced?
Setup is priced according to complexity and the agreed scope. Any subscription is priced by its agreed scope. Fees are discussed before commitment; no price is assumed on this page.
Are advisory services bundled or automatically purchased?
No. Strategy Execution, Valuation, and M&A are distinct optional engagements. You select whether any is relevant, and each has its own agreed objectives, mandate, scope, deliverables, and fees.
Does the Valuation service provide a formal valuation opinion?
Not by default. Readiness and analysis to understand value drivers are distinct from a formal valuation opinion. Any formal opinion would require a separately agreed mandate and an appropriately qualified practitioner.
What does M&A support include?
It can address objectives, readiness, diligence preparation, coordination, and integration planning, only to the extent included in an agreed mandate. No transaction outcome is promised, and no credentials are implied.
Does technology or AI make the decisions?
No. Analysis and tools can help organize evidence or inform options. People with appropriate authority remain responsible for interpreting the work, making decisions, and owning actions.
Can you guarantee business results or a return on investment?
No. Outcomes depend on context, implementation, adoption, and other factors. We can agree on a baseline and a way to review intended outcomes, but we do not guarantee a result or return.
